Shelley initially qualified as a dental nurse at The Royal Dental Hospital in London in 1980, and worked in private practice in Harley Street for a year. Shelley graduated from Northeastern University and qualified as a dental hygienist at Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists in Boston, USA in 1983. After a year in Boston, she returned to the UK and requalified at Guy’s Hospital School of Dental Hygiene.
She has worked in private practice in London for over 30 years. She works closely with patients to provide them with personalised oral hygiene programs. She believes in education, prevention and communication to motivate her patients to maintain long term oral stability.
Shelley is registered with the GDC and a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy.
